Playable Yaech Race

Description
Adds Yaech as a playable race, as water breathing psionics with a leaning towards cursed.

If you encounter any bugs, please check the te4.org website to see if there is a newer version of the addon available - uploading to the workshop fails 99% of the time. Note that this mod is no longer available alone; you'll want the Inferno Race Pack.

Well, here it is! it really needs more work, ideally its own zone or something, but for now it works. :)

I've been wondering if someone would make a mod for the Yaech ever since I found out they were aquatic relatives of the Yeek.
