Less Highway Traffic

Description
Removes almost all traffic in highways and removes the slow down effect from those red things in super highways.
Should improve the framerate in highways a little bit.

*None.

*Speed traffic (one of the two mods will have no effect; nothing bad can happen)

this mod is really a must have. no more drain of CPU/GPU usage because of countless ambiente ships. with this mod active, the game runs much more stable.

@aladinaleks The accelerators are only visual so they shouldn't be an issue.

That's good, but you had to leave the blue Accelerators in highways.
