This is an European Apartment Block (the one i grew up in actually :o).

In the Game it is a Level 2 Low Residential Building with the Plotsize 4x2

custom LoD (120 Tris)

it should have some color variations yes, at least i set 4 of them :D as far as i remember it comes in that color, in a faded green tint, blue and red
