Doesnt work... I think this will fix your mod:-

A local save is coming up missing items/failing to load since April 2019 update:
1. Work out the save number(s) in TTS. On the screen where you load saves they'll be numbered, in addition to the description. The number is the filename we'll be looking for in a second, so note them all down.
2. Open your folder browser and go to Documents\My Games\Tabletop Simulator\Saves
3. Right-click on the first affected #.json file, and open with... (# being the save number)
4. Click more apps, then choose Notepad (or better plain text editor, I used Notepad++) - Check the Always Use if you're doing more than one file so you can just double click the.
5. Click Edit > Replace...
6. Find what: " www.general-c
7. Replace with: " http://www.general-c
8. Click Replace All, then Cancel (don't worry, it doesn't undo it)
9. File> Save (CTRL+S)
10. Close the notepad, try opening the save in TTS
11? If you have more than one save, repeat 3-10

Every tile in this map is typed as a "board" piece, meaning it does not disappear in a hidden zone. Fixing this means going back through and changing the type of each individual tile. :(
