Toggle traffic lights (for flow improvement in industrial)
Lane Changer (for flow improvement from highway to industrial)

Actice Assets:
Fibre internet hub. Its a 1x1 park with good range. If you do not use it you might get 2 or 3 parks up to keep them happy. Sorry about that!

Metro line is active!
If you want any connection just build it :)
