Description
This just sets Auto Fill to off by default.

(It has to modify LeaderAI to do it, so sadly it's not a client only GUI mod and everyone in a multiplayer game should have it or it could cause sync errors. Maybe there's a better way, I hope there is, but this is the simple quick and easy way. Only one line of code changed, in fact.)
