Description
This is my third attempt to adapt a City of Robert Jordans Wheel of Time Novel into City Skylines. After having Tar Valon ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=421829616 ) finished,

This City is built in a tropical bay with a lot of rivers. Best playable with 25 Tiles available with a lots of resources outside the city.
