Dog and Strider sounds for Tank

Description
Replaces the Tank vocal and footstep sounds with Dog, Strider and some Scanner sounds from Half Life 2, Episode 1 and Episode 2.

First published mod, I originally did this for myself because I use Dog's model as the Tank

Has broken static sounds at times, can be a little annoying if more than one tank spawn
