A cheap n' dirty way to add scenery / entertainment for the low wealth folks in your city. Has a few parking spaces and pedestrian pathway connections if you want to connect it somewhere else via road.

PROS: Cheap, low daily, high radius
CONS: Low entertainment value, Small fire risk
