Happy Camper (temperate LUT)

Description
*happy camper* makes temperate maps happy and colorful while trying to keep things balanced and somewhat realistic. He likes the company of these utterly wonderful mods:
-Moving Sun by rmbackslash
-PostProcessFX by MazK (bloom intensity: just a tiny nudge, bloom treshold: zero)
-Sun Shafts by Ulysius

The LUT is meant for temperate maps, I would not use it for tropical or boreal ones.
