Description
The Trump International Hotel & Tower is, as of this posting, the second tallest building in Chicago, Illinois, at a mere 90 feet less than the Sears Tower. This 93-story supertall was completed in 2008. Its lower levels house retail and a high end hotel, while its upper floors contain premium condominiums.

This is the 1:1.5 Scale version of this building, so while it is exceptionally tall in its own right, it is not physically accurate. If you're in the mood for something even bigger, check out my 1:1 Scale version!

There isn't an option to simply declare bankruptcy to avoid having to pay the $10k maintenance cost.
