@El: Understood. I don't feel the change in manpower increase is that significant to ruin "flow". In my playtesting, the popcap seemed right to me as well. Oh well, can't please everyone I suppose. There are mods out there, as I'm sure you are aware, which allows modification of the popcap and income to your desire.

You set the popcap to 150 and gave the map increased resource income. That kind of ruins the flow of the game. I don't mind if other people want to play that way, but I hate when that's tied to good maps.
