Report a translation problem
The whole discussion of whether something belongs in a game or not is in my eyes futile, I don't care what other people think, you/they are free to think anything you like. However, be careful with what you say you think, as unlike me not everyone accepts/appreciates commentary ;)
Most on the mods in the steam workshop were made by people that wanted to have what their mod does in-game, they upload their mod to the steam workshop so others with similar interests can use them as well.
Generally I don't care if 99% of steam users is not interested in my mod, as the reason i made my mod because I wanted to.
