What else to say... Its´s a rowhouse and should fit into your own Greenwich Village!

3962 tris, no LOD. Mix of hd texture and drawn ones.
Will make more NY-style rowhouses for all levels.
Next time I try some Anglo- Italianate Rowhouse.

This is the 2nd version of my rowhouse builing with different textures.

It´s level 1 high dens.
I choose the high dens for it is high dens and i don´t want them to grow in suburbs. If i´m wrong just let me now.

Hi, looks good! Could you make row houses for all levels as well? I'd like to have an area with those and not loose it when houses start leveling up
