Weightless Torches

Description
Since the past games torches were required in dark areas they had no burden.
I removed the weight so that you might actually use them again, this is especially handy for lighting mods that darken the world of Skyrim.

@Benlucky7 Yeah, never made much sense since they where weightless in Oblivion and required for certain areas. Even morrowind had differenty weighting torches, lanterns and candles.
