Description
My day job involves planning for disaster resilience, which got me thinking, whats the worst thing you could possibly do to a Skylines City.

Turns out is is pumping raw poop into the drinking water... but that's no where near as fun as teh second worst thing - building a huge dam at the top of a valley, and a city at the bottom of the valley... then pressing delete on the dam...
