Dark Souls Death Sound

Description
This little sound mod replaces all player death sounds to Dark Souls death sound.

This was actually a request, so don't flame at me, if there already such mod has or had been released.

It would probably be a huge pain in the ass but could you possibly make a mod that adds the Dark Souls inventory system?
