Five Nights at Freddy's 3 - Phantom Balloon Boy

Description
Second of Phantom series, Balloon Boy!
This one is a bit special, you may notice is very "grey". Don't worry, put it on the office, the "green" color will appear beacause of lights! Just try it out.
This one is NOT working with IK rigs for now. Maybe in the future :/
