Power Transormer by BensonJ

I got a little fed up with every 4000 or so people having to plop down a new polluting power station I don't have 4 or 5 power stations in my home town and there's 170,000 people live here,so I made this power transformer cos that's how we do it :]

Shows up in the power menu just after the solar plant and is available from the start
Power output 12 mw
Size: 3x4
Pollution: 0
Workers 1
No water connection needed

Feed back welcome ie: have i made it give too much power? is it too big? too expensive? not expensive enough
this isn't designed as a cheat just seems more realistic to me

Oh haha, that i know, but the creator of this mod which isn't me its BensonJ wanted to create a good alternative and much simpler version of a powerplant.

@Garsnaffle - They do generate, but just wanting to say, its recommended to at least having one panel next to it. Just one next to a selective one.
