Allows you to convert your religion at 20% instead of the natural 35%.

Cpt. I just rechecked the game and I had no problems converting the WRE to Arian Christian right at the start, which only has 20%. Are you running other mods? If so, that is likely the root cause, but if not, what faction are you trying to convert? It might tell you in the pop up that you need 35% to convert still, but it will let you convert at 20% (if you have less than 20%, that is likely just a tool tip error). If it is 30%, not sure where that number is from since base is 35% and this mod is 20%.
