The 1976 Avalon Hill board game

Take control of either Terrans or Aliens in a war for victory and survival
Terran Mobile Infantry are an elite fighting force armed with a wide array of special weapons and protected by powered suits that grant unrivalled durability and mobility. Fighting against the clock and their own mission goals, the Terrans must use every resource available to secure victory.

Aliens are either the hive-mind arachnid Bugs or the grey humanoid Skinnies. Skinnies must rely on their heavy weapon platforms and entrenched defences to protect their cities from Terran destruction, concealing warriors among workers and deploying decoy facilities to distract their foes. Bugs utilize a wide network of subterranean tunnels, allowing for rapid deployment and redeployment of their individually-weaker troops to wear down and destroy the Terrans.

Tips:
Create hidden areas to conceal the Terran and Alien control sheets
Mark out tunnels as the Bugs using the cup of tiny black chips, allowing for easily-marked destruction and reconstruction.
