Sparse Islands

This is the same as my "Islands" map (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=422910912) but without trees, sand, rail, or highway. I don't like the look of sand in this game for some reason. Anyway, this should be a little harder than the usual map because of the lack of connections. You need harbors and airports to make this work. So you really need the unlock everything mod that CO provides with the game. That, or some mod that introduces ports and airports immediately if there is one.
