Description

A friendly neighborhood bar where cims can go to hang with friends. Includes a playground for patrons childrens and patrons that have had too much to drink.

Cheer up your cims with some delicious brews and a small play area to make poor decisions in after too many of said brews!

This asset is a ploppable leisure building that includes two hangout areas and a small parking lot. In the city I used to live in there was a great little bar downtown that had a playground and tons of outside seating so you could bring your dog and kids, drink a beer and relax; I thought something similar would be a great edition to my city in game, so I decided to make this.

This is my first venture into making anything 3D in years, so I hope you enjoy it. Hope you bring some good brews to your cims!

This beautiful hole in the wall bar still offers rooftop parking. Some of the local residents have complained for years, but for drunken tourist who would like a wonderful rooftop view before you get a dui, this is the right place for you.

Yes, please, could you please fix the parking spaces so that cars don't park on the roof? Lovely asset, but the parking issue is putting me off from using it! Thanks!
