Oh, sorry about that, but, I just must say something :

I'm French , so I just thought he meant ''Only Suppressed Sniper Rifle'' , because in french,"Unique" and "Only" can mean the same word . That's why I won't have to learn more about english in a dictionary, but I just have to stop thinking like a frenchy .

@Hisczaacques, "unique" does not mean only one, or in this case, the ONLY suppressed sniper rifle used by Russian army. Unique means distinctive, and in this case, it means this rifle has a characteristic design, not that it is the only one within it's category, army or manufacturer.

I humbly suggest you take a look in your dictionary before stating someone's "wrong".
