Easier Reform Programs

Description
If the mod doesn't work, place the file 'reform_programs.txt' in your Prison Architect installation folder inside a subfolder named 'data'.

E.g. 'C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect\data\reform_programs.txt'


Reduces the difficulty level of reform programs as some were vitually impossible to pass. Also ensures Guards pass Tazer training.

dose it effect the workshop programs or just reform ones and this is probably a stupid question but would it work with other workshop programs

The allways pass classes is not working either?

Prisoners wont pass work security class , like never. They all have perfect needs and are not supressed. Also I have this mod.
