Description
Led by Ethan Allen, the Vermont Republic focuses on happiness and cultural growth to influence its neighbors and win the game! Capital is Windsor, Vermont.

UA: Fourteenth Star- 50% of excess Happiness contributes towards the Culture cost of next Social Policy. +2 Happiness from Cities.

UU: Green Mountain Boys- Replaces Musketman. Costs more to produce, has a bonus to combat against Fortified Units and is capable of pushing back defending troops. Enemies that are pushed backwards take extra damage.

UI: Sugarhouse- Can only be built on a Forest. Provides one source of the Maple Syrup luxury resource. +4 Happiness. +2 Gold. +1 Food.

I can build the sugar houses but I never get the maple syrup as a luxury

mod worked great the first time but when I load it crashed my game. Is anybody else facing this issue?

Napoleon, this is a mod for the Vermont Republic, whose capital was not Montpelier.

Disable and it works. Not sure about other resource mod's, though.

Maple syrup won't appear as a luxury resource if you use the 'Resources expanded' mod.
