Description
Urgently need prisoners? Don't want to wait for intake?

Quickly call in a bus full of Prisoners and pay a small fee of $500 for admin and transport costs.

The callout is located in the 'Emergencies' Section

Better than waiting for intake to go especially when you have to wait 24h for them.

kind of pointless although would be useful when you have unlocked prisoner labour
