Description
A change in some of the original wonders, such as technology placement and resource cost to bring them inline with others of the same effect, or to make them more appealing to build.

--Wonders Effected--
Cynosphere (Synthetic Thought) - Resource requirement reduced from 4 to 2

Deep Memory (Human Conservation) - Resource requirement reduced from 4 to 2

Xenonova (Alien Materials) - Resource requirement reduced from 4 to 3

Holon Chamber (Hyperconductors) - Resource requirement reduced from 5 to 4

Xenodrome (Alien Ethics) - Resource requirement reduced from 5 to 0. Tech required changed from Alien Ethics to Alien Biology.

Precog Project (Collaborative Thought) - Resource requirement increased from 2 to 3

--Reasoning behind mod--
Cynosure - keep in line with Ectogenous Pod. Another + per city wonder but felt the cost of it
in comparison was too much and at the early stages of the game 4 Firaxite is a lot for a wonder
which doesn't give a huge bonus.

Deep Memory - keep in line with Ectogenous Pod. Another + per city wonder but felt the cost of it
was too much for the stage of the game it would be getting built at.

Xenonova - keep in line with Promethean. Both effect the unhealth a city produces, but I feel the
Promethean is a better wonder to build and reducing the cost of Xenonova should make it a bit more appealing to build if Promthean has already been built by someone else.

Holon Chamber - for the science bonus compared to Cynosphere the 5 cost seems a bit steep going on a size 30 city = +8 Science (Cynosure), vs 100+ global energy income (Holon Chamber).

Xenodrome - For a wonder to help with Alien relations, felt it was useless having it near the late game when aliens are a non-factor in the game. So, moved it in to the early stages of the game and removed the Xenomass requirement to help with that.

Precog Project - A small nerf to the wonder increasing the requirement due to the closely related Markov Eclipse wonder which has no requirement, but both could provide a large boost for an aggressive civ.

--Help--
Xenodrome has been set to 0 resources but can't remove the tag line in the tech tree. If anyone knows how I could update the mod. Thank you.

Maybe Xenodrome could also steadily increase Alien aggression towards other sponsors.

Nice mod, it brings in some needed tweaks.
