Thats because need to be using the Multi 1v1 Server Plugin, which requires setting up, are you doing this?

the map itself is broken. you dont even see the other team.

Hey Grappler. That would have to do with the lighting on the map, unfortunately I cant really change it without the map being too dark which would be hard on the eyes. Sorry.
