Divine Intervention

Description
You are a Divine One, entrusted with the arduous task of identifying and defeating the evil one who threatens to destroy paradise. However, is that all there is to the story?

"Divine Intervention" is my first serious RPG maker project. The main focus here is the story and narrative, so if you're going to be harsh on anything in your critique, let it be that. This project was purposely created to be short, at only 4 chapters long, so that I could have something manageable to work with. Expect more or less two hours of game play.

Obviously, one glance at this page tells you that it's just another shoddily crafted RPG Maker game that refuses to use any original art assets. I can assure you that's not COMPLETELY true. I did edit a couple of sprites here and there. So that obviously sets me apart.

I'm actually working on a better version, a director's cut if you will. It'll implement better writing, higher quality music, an optional tutorial and other stuff I need to fix. I mostly just want to get rid of the cringey stuff like that godawful pheonix wright "thing". It'll be a while before I finish that though. thanks for your enthusiasm

Well, I liked the idea of a supreme being taking over someone's body and trying to save a world. Thought the 'saving the world' part kinda reminded me of Golden Sun, which I LOVED. The scripts were good. One thing that you need to add though, is some of your own textures. Not only the textures from RPGMGX Ace. You should also make the Intro shorter, or at least add more detail. Oh, by the way, you forgot to delete the saves. :P Other than that, you did amazing!
