I agree with mlevi300 that would be a good building to make, I have a request as well though, the Graumans Chinese Theatre or Vogue Theatre, Pantages Theatre or El Capitan Theatre? of course you don't have to do them all, but one of those theatres in my city would be nice.

I agree, the bricks should be a bit darker and dingier. One question: is this growable or unique?

Hell yeah! I went to some of my first shows here! I saw Nausea play here twice about a year before they broke up. Thanks for putting a bit of punk history in C:S!

in Blender it looks good but ingame it get this bright color...
