Pointman - Elitist 2.0

Just like elitist 1.0 except a few minor changes here and there.
Also this is a mod of the official Pointman game mode.

-scoop graphics are correct
-scoop holds 4
-5 block colors (purple, blue, green, yellow, red)
-compatible with any skin that works with the official pointman mode
-changed many values that dictate how the track is molded

Player Speed widen (minspeed lowered and maxspeed increased)
Track slopes modified and smooth factor changed as well.

Things that I'd like to add in the future but probably won't

-Death on overfill (or at least massive point deduction)
-Change the combo multiplier locations
-increase the max combo + decrease blocks value (so long combo chains are more important)
