Ultimate Arrow Fletching Immersion. DLC

Description
This is a DLC upgrade of my "Arrow Fletching (Smithing)" mod. With all the new DLC added and a bunch of other things not included. I find the recipes given in the DLC to be too easy and unbalanced.

As before the "Basic Fletching perk" grants the wooden arrow and the chitin arrow craftable, and now the wooden crossbow bolt at the tanning rack. For other arrows and bolts you must have some smithing skill and/or a recipe found in the world(if it's a special type.)

Several new types of arrows, not included in the DLC are craftable once you find the recipe and you have the "Basic Fletching perk" and the appropriate skill. Recipes for special arrows can be found in the world or sometimes at vendors.

All arrows and Bolts are now grouped together in your inventory so you don't need to look all over your pack to see how many you have left.

Salvaging fletchings from crappier arrows is a good way to get a pile of fletchings, sometimes birds are not available. For example, you can take the fletchings off Forsworn arrows and create more powerful arrows and bolts.

Crossbows are craftable at a regular forge and only take the appropriate smithing skill to make, or you can buy them from vendors. Although the special elemental ammo still needs Dawnguard crafting to make them. Dwemer machines that fire bolts will now allow you to pick up their spent bolts to be used in your crossbow. 3 new types of crossbow bolts are available. Wooden, Chitin and Silver. Chitin and Wooden are very basics bolt that does about the same damage as an iron arrow, but are easy to craft at a tanning rack. Silver bolts and arrows are effective vs. undead and werewolves.

This mod is compatible with my other mods, but some of the special content from those mods couldn't be included in this.. such as Bonemold Arrows needing resin.. couldn't be helped without merging the mod into the other one.

The base of this mod was made by Samutz, but over 80% of this mod is my own work. Before you upgrade to this mod you would need to unsubscribe from my Arrow Fletching (Smithing) mod and/or Samutz's Arrow Smith mod if you are using either of them, because they will conflict. I suggest creating as many arrows with your fletchings as you can and then you can salvage the fletchings later when you download this.

Dawnguard and Dragonborn are required, Hearthfires is not required.

I am a Bowyer and Arrow Fletcher IRL so thank you.

also, my archery mod adds longbows and gives crossbows a huge boost. long bows hit way harder and the arrows fly faster than normal bows and it also gives them special perks like more damage to a target that is at full health.

Really? Dammit.

too much work for that.. there are so many bugs that come up when you combine mods that sometimes it destroys the work you already did and you have to repair the entire thing. Also many people that use my smithing mod do not want the added archery skill. because they prefer the simplified fletching.

or just put those 2 mods into one? I've seen people do that, Just switch the Flecting perk to the smithing skill tree to work with it.

I was asking if you could changed the perk to the smithing tree, Not the archery tree
El_Tres  [author] 28 Oct, 2015 @ 10:41pm
My smithing mod works fine with this. All my mods are designed to work together.

IF you could do that, that would help alot, as I'm using a mod that adds longbow's into the game and also changes the archery tree.

Ah, Then dammit. Are you able to switch it to the smithing tree that works with your mod in another version of it? and I need it on steam, I can't use Nexus.

Basic fletching would be in the archery tree, yes it would conflict with another mod that changed the archery tree. Dawngaurd is required because I added the bird feathers from those animals and some crossbow bolt elements.
