Cult of the White Walkers

For all of you (Jon) Snow lovers - this mod adds a new pantheon "Cult of the White Walkers" to the game, adding a bit more value to the useless snow tiles.

Cult of the White Walkers adds +2 culture to all the snow tiles.
In case you've been thrown in the northern or southern edge of the map, and other sensible pantheons have already been taken.

You may think that +2 culture is high, but the snow tiles are pretty useless anyway, so even if you chose it, you won't be using this pantheon until later in the game when your snowy cities secure all the better tiles and start using the snow regions.

Supports multiplayer using mpmpm.
