great mod.
but I've got a question: I've tried creating a StarChildren-like lifestyle trait with motherships producing considerable income (in about everything).
problem is, that neither the new hull I use for it, nor the design that should be spawned at the beginning of the game, show up. so if I try it, I lose the instant I start the game. do you know what could be the reason for that?
that aside: is there a way to give ships an ore cost/requirement? and if so, how would I do that?
10/10 IGN
There's a couple of interesting ideas that I need to check if they actually work, like orbitals which seem to generate exportable resources. But then there's these ludicrous things like terraforming a planet to have Unobtanium or a Local Asteroid Field. Or an Ancient City! You can also 'mine' Slave Labor or Synthetics (which, by the way, are completely useless, which is why they were removed from the game in the first place) from asteroids!
And don't even get me started on the metric tons of stuff that I haven't even figured out what shamanistik has or hasn't changed.
