This little money cheat simply utilizes two other mods to increase your weekly income.
It can be a hassle starting out a city and you go straight into debt. You see that negative number growing and growing. Well this solves all your problems. Subscribe to the two mods to the right and subscribe to this (I have a few other options so check those out) then plop some of these down in popular walking spots for people.
It is located in the parks menu.
The income you get is based on the number of people that visit it. This is the extreme edition so if well placed your weekly income would shoot up over 100K more than what it was. It really depends on the amount of visitors (being citizens or tourists). These parks do usually take a couple of minutes before people start going to them.
I have four sizes. This is the extreme. There is also High, Medium and Small.
It's really great just to budge your income in the right direction if it's not, and as soon as it does, you can just delete these.
Yes there are other mods that can give you money in-game but there aren't any that does what this does. Especially as a lot of the others can cause problems with the game and conflicts with other mods. This one is perfectly safe to use (as well as the required 2 mods).

Cost: Zilch. What's the point of this if you're in negative money and need to plop it down but can't cause it costs. Don't be silly. Of course it's free to place.
Maintenance: Well if it's giving you money why would it cost to run? Of course there isn't any.
All this thing does is bring you money. No costs, no power/water/rubbish. It's not even a fire hazard!
