This requires "meadow flowers" at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=445363755 . It's listed in your list above "English Rose Garden props and lots" but you'd need to know which one to sub. It should please be added to the righthand sidebar as a required item, as per usual practice on Steam Workshop, so people can sub the two at the same time.

compared it with the other public toilets and this is the best good size and you have a sign W.C. that is clear visible rated it
