Machina bullet tracer particles

Description
This will change all of the gun's bullet tracer particles (except the L4D2 mounted machine gun) into the Machina's particle.
Default tracers are red colored, while incendiary(fire bullets) and frag rounds(explosive bullets) are bright orange colored.

Imported from Team fortress 2.
