With the latest C:SL release, it brought us the ability to build actual round parks, though this could be done before, its now much easier and straight forward to do.

• A regular and bigger round park to fit on your round about.
  
• A more natural park for your less stylish neighborhoods.
  
• End section parks for regular and gravel roads.
  
• A small parking park, place for parking and leisure time.

Yes that is possible, and is awesome, all assets become available at once, still you can disable specific ones you don't want in the game's content manager.

- They are only themed with european trees, but will work normally on any map, but trees will look differently (may not look so good).

- The round and end section parks have been tweak to allow placement anywhere, making it a lot easier to place where they need to be.
