Neonly - Revamped Neon

Neonly is essentially a "trim the fat" version of neon, including the following:

• Distracting spikes changed to simple grey blocks that properly represent the collisions
  
• Ship changed to the Ninja Mono ship (might change it back?)
  
• Circular colour blocks changed to full blocks that properly represent the collisions
  
• Colour scheme changed (borrows the RGB values from the nice [but sadly broken] rainbow road skin by skzk)

"So why does this exist?"
Essentially, I created this for my own usage so I could have a skin that both looks nice as well as having the function that any decent skin should have (distinguishable colours, traffic with proper collision mesh representation and no visual noise where unnecessary).

Feel free to modify this, as neon isn't really mine (if you release I'd like to hear though). If any gameplay videos end up using this, I'll happily add them to the workshop page if you'd like.
