Small Neighborhood Park 8x4 v1.1 (with icon)

A small 8x4 neighborhood park where your Cims can play and relax.

Has some benches, a few playground items, a small football field with goal posts, a bicycle shelter (Dutch roots coming through!) and toilets. Okay, the toilet house it's a portacabin, but hey, don't ask don't tell.


A few statistics:
Construction cost: 1000
Maintenance cost: 100
Entertainment radius: 300 (a little less than default - it's not thát spectacular)
Entertainment accumulation: 50
Electricity: 25kW (those lamp posts don't light themselves)
Water: 50 (plants don't run on air alone, right?)
Tourism: 5-5-5 (be honest, would you visit a city just for this little park?)



btw: this is my first C:S asset ever, so be gentle. I mainly created it to add a bit of flavor to my own city: I find the game really lacking in smaller decorative assets and fillers, especially parks and such. It is a bit heavy on props, but that's all of them where in my collection as part of other custom assets (just don't download those you don't want: afaik. the asset will still work just as well).
Hopefully some of you can to it to good use as well...
