I hope I have them saved somewhere and will fix the mod if I am able.
You can modifiy the standard material parameters under
right click on object menu>custom>material tab
Don't forget to confirm changes with the "import" button.
Standard values for the plastic material for the house models are the same, except for the specular intensitiy which was lowered from 0.5 to 0.2, that tones the shine down. The tool tips in the material tab should give you enough hints what effect the parameters have, just play around with it and tune your models to your likings.
