Description
Featured in STAR_'s review in 2011 while still in development (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVm2K3TcVt0), Rocktop is a King of the Hill map featuring aggressive and often aerial combat over an elevated point.

A big shoutout to the TF2Maps community for hosting numerous playtests over the years, STAR_ for his kind praise that encouraged me to finish the project, all the server admins who hosted the map and provided feedback, the TF2 community for being adventurous enough to frag it out in new and exciting settings, r/tf2 for their support, and of course my wife for allowing me hours/days/weeks on end to be a mapping nerd :)

I like how vertical the map is, its not to powerful, but it does reward good positioning.

Its so rare to see actually balanced koth maps where the point isnt in a sniper sightline or spamable by soldiers from a second floor.

With a classic dustbowl theme its beyond me why this has yet to be added.

This is one of the best koth maps on workshop. Most mappers who make well detailed maps dont partition their map into closed sections so the whole isn't being rendered at once. This one is well partitioned/optimized. It doesn't tank my frame rates with 32 players. Have it in rotation on my server
