There are commands to launch a map downloaded from the workshop where you don't need to copy it IIRC.

Also, it REALLY doesn't matter whether Valve accepts the map for the game - the point of the map workshop, unlike the normal workshop, is to allow people to more easily find and share maps. I don't particularly care whether Valve accepts it, I chose to make it and share it on the workshop because I found it to be an interesting variation that's simpler to play than the TC version.

@tsc It doesn't work like that. You need to subscribe and go to steamapps/workshop/content/... and drag the .bsp file into tf/maps.

Sidenote - I'd doubt that Valve would add this because it's just a pirate of what they made. Plus, Hydro is a really old map and is rarely played anymore unless it's done on the orange box console ports.

This map is a bit confusing. It would be great if you could add labels for each control point icon on the hud e.g. turbines, dam, dish, warehouse, base.

Valve please, add it!

In order to get the map, you simply need to subscribe to it, and it will be downloaded by Steam and ready to play the next time you launch TF2.

Well any way to download it would be cool. This map looks very chaotic and fun. If there was a way to play with 64 player in tf2, this would definitly be the map to play on.

I could, but I don't think they'd particularly care for it.

Can you upload this to tf2maps?
