Also, it REALLY doesn't matter whether Valve accepts the map for the game - the point of the map workshop, unlike the normal workshop, is to allow people to more easily find and share maps. I don't particularly care whether Valve accepts it, I chose to make it and share it on the workshop because I found it to be an interesting variation that's simpler to play than the TC version.
Sidenote - I'd doubt that Valve would add this because it's just a pirate of what they made. Plus, Hydro is a really old map and is rarely played anymore unless it's done on the orange box console ports.
