Description
Dragonshire is a Free Castle south of Raven Rock, Solstheim. It comes with servants and 2 magnificent singing Bards in the Grand Theater.

M7 2015.
ver.1.2

Features:

* Dragonshire is an island/Castle off the southern coast of Solstheim (below Raven Rock).
* You can Fast-Travel there (or swim).
* Entrance has waterfalls, Dragon statues, dock with boat, and the Hanging Gardens.
* Interior - Main Hall, Great Hall (Kitchen, Dining, walk-in Pantry, Servant Bedroom, Throne Room).
* Interior - Closet room, Private Bath with Pool (waterfalls, diving board, bathroom).
* Interior - Gardens Tower, Mage Tower, Master Bedroom, Storage, Grand Theater (with 2 Bards).
* Guards (Sentry), Merchants (Storage, Bartender), Follower (Guard), Bards (2).
* Note the custom Load Screens.

Notes:
I noticed that you cannot have 2 Bards sing at the same time. So I wanted this, and the result was they had to wait until the other Bard was finished singing. So one is in costume and the other is in the audience (female).

There is a view of a volcano erupting in the distance (Morrowind). Also an island/land is nearby with some Mages throwing fireballs at each other (when I last played it). The Guards do not have crime factions (so they cannot technically arrest anyone). Most NPC (except Bards/Guards) can sleep in the Master Bedroom. The Bartender sells Food items, and the Storage Merchant sells anything (Bartender is Khajiit/Fence); Gold amounts are 20k or less.

There is a beverage Cooler in the Bar section of the Grand Theater. Add normal drinks to become Ice Cold drinks (with added Stamina, etc.). The Cooler is a metallic Keg on the end of the Bar, near the Staff utility.

Storage containers are mostly non-respawning (except for Garbage cans), with "9999" weight/encumbrance.

Hi, I was wonderign if you would make a farm house with land to plant things grown on Solstheim as a player home and put the mod on Steam. I use to have a farm on Solstheim on Nexus Mod Manager but the recently changed their page and now I am having problem using it. Please let me know if you decide to do this. Thank you.

is there a script for Display Cases in the Creation Kit? Guards must have a disposition setting for their AI behavior. Gray-face probably didnt save when I made the Archive or a normal Skyrim bug.

the display cases will not let us put weapons in them ..... guards are rude... lady Merchants face is gray.... Can you fix this? Can you add more women in Dragonshire

Steam has way too many player house mods, which is a reason why people don't subscribe to my Virtual Real Estate as often. Advertising is welcome. :)
