The Parish - "Doof Wagon" Parade Float

Description
Remember that hoarde event in The Parish where you activate that float and it plays that happy jazz music?
Yeah. ♥♥♥♥ that.
Now you've got the adrenaline-pumping tunes of the Coma-Doof Warrior from Mad Max: Fury Road. Flamethrower guitar sadly not included.

So whatever it is, anything float related doesnt actually make it ingame.Music, design, its all the same empty mod. Some update must have created a conflict

This is a great idea. The problem is that it's almost impossible to hear the song when you start the float.

Yeah, I tried to make it a lot louder, but the quality keeps getting lower.
I'll work on it a little more tomorrow.

This is good but it's a little too quiet in my opinion. Ican barely hear it over the chaos, if it was a little louder it would be perfect. Loved that movie btw.
