Sniper Scope Overlays

Small pack of realistic sniper scope overlays.

How to use:
1. Right-click the "Effects" track in "Overlay" section in the timeline.
2. Click "Add Clip to Track".
3. Select "Material Overlay Effect", and click OK.
4. Right-click the "New Clip" and then click "Show in Element Viewer".
5. In the Element Viewer, type "ph_scope\ph_scope_lens.vmt" (without quotes) in the "material" element's text box, and press Enter.
