[HWRM] Camera Zoom x3

Description
Increases the max camera zoom distance x3 before having to enter the tactical map view.

For use with:
Homeworld Remastered

As an alternative, a Camera Max Zoom adjuster is now included in the 2.3 Players Patch . Note that it only goes up to 2x, as after that the camera gets tunnel vision and distant objects won't render towards the edges of the screen.
