Description
Adds a new option under Options/Game.

When toggled on, 'Automatically Connect to IRC' will instruct the game to, as the name says, connect to the IRC (as if you pressed the 'Open IRC Chat' button in the main menu) whenever the game is started.

Well, seeing the only issues I have with this game are a few 'convenience' tweaks, and you fixed one of them with this mod, I got a bit excited having one removed off my list..lol, sorry.

As for the collapsable menu reqest: I see you a have other mods, which means you are engaged, so I thought why not ask for some other tweaks....maybe even a hotkey for planet mamagement?

Any way you could make a mod that saves the settings of the collapsable right menu? Setting that every time I load is kinda getting old, lol.
