Relic made a GREAT GAME CALLED: COH1! this one looks almost the same as coh1 skins

dskibicki: The COH2 Tools data contain PSD files of all the default skins to edit them in photoshop. Using the COH2 Tools themselves will also unpack the .tga textures of all the selected vehicles, allowing you to edit these with any software that can modify .tga (Photoshop, GIMP etc.)

Do we have to have photoshop to do skins? Because the only tutorials I have found tell me how to file it. Files are fine, but if I can not create or see something to modify, what is the point?

Is there any chance of getting the beautiful Relic Stripe of Glory for the other Factions eventually?
